Set a worksheet as homework and your student gets a 6-digit code. Each answer is marked the moment they submit it. Numerical, multiple-choice and other objective answers are marked by fixed rules against the mark scheme. Eligible written answers, such as short explanations and “show that” questions, can be marked with AI against the question and its mark scheme. The AI is given only what it needs to mark the answer; student names, codes and account IDs are not intentionally supplied. AI marks aren’t guaranteed, so you can review and adjust them. Yes. Add as many students as your plan allows and track each one’s results and progress separately.
Not on Starter or Pro: your worksheets stay as long as you’re subscribed. On the Free plan each worksheet is available for 3 weeks, then moves to an Expired list for 7 days before it leaves your dashboard. Upgrade and any that haven’t left yet stop expiring.
Everything keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that your 5 most recent worksheets stay usable on the Free plan for 3 weeks, and the rest are archived, not deleted: you can still see them, but they’re locked until you resubscribe. Homework you’ve already set still runs to its due date, and your students’ results stay on their profiles. Resubscribe any time and everything comes back as it was. Archived worksheets are deleted 12 months after they’re archived.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you won’t be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Yes, on a monthly plan. Pause once a year for one, two or three months, from Plan & billing. It starts when the period you’ve paid for ends, you pay nothing while paused, and everything comes back on its own. While paused your worksheets, students and results are kept and read-only: you can view and download them, and homework you’ve already set runs to its due date, but you can’t create worksheets or set new homework.
Your worksheets and student data are stored with Supabase, our database provider, and each tutor can only see their own. We don’t sell data or use it for advertising. Student names, codes and IDs are not intentionally sent to our AI providers. When written answers are marked with AI, OpenAI receives only the question, the mark scheme, the student’s answer and basic marking details such as the marks available. Our Privacy Policy lists every provider and explains how each one handles data.
